Forage in the Forest, Swim & BBQ

As the leaves begin to change and day and night are equally balanced at the Equinox, we'll spend time in the forest immersing ourselves in the sounds and smells of nature. We will wander through the trees, foraging autumnal bounty and maybe identifying fungi as we go. There will also be an optional swim under the trees at the Hermitage, a stunning spot and one of my favourites in Northern Ireland. Afterward, we'll gather around the firepit for a sumptuous BBQ, making new friends and enjoying each other's company.

Cost: £25.00 per person. Vegan and vegetarian diets can be accommodated. Dogs on leads are welcome.

What to bring: a camp chair or mat to sit on, swimming gear including rockshoes, beverage of choice (tea and coffee provided)

Meeting Point: Tollymore carpark at 2:00 PM. Please note there is an additional £5.00 parking fee payable on entry, so carsharing is recommended.

These events are very popular, and tickets are limited to 45 participants. Come along and say hello!

Terms and Conditions

If the weather forecast is rotten (always a possibility in NI) we will reschedule, and refunds will be available. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event, refunds are available. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the event as food will have been bought.

Please indicate on the booking form if you are vegan or vegetarian.
