Crafting with Natural Materials Weekend

As the days grow shorter and cooler, it is a time of slowing down and drawing inwards.  Autumnal walks and a time for crafting around a blazing fire, enjoying the company of other women.

Join the Wild Women for the last camp of 2025 on a relaxing weekend in Cushendun.  We will learn how to make cordage from natural fibres and weave a rustic basket from hedgerow plants. There will also be optional hikes into Glendun valley and sea swimming.

We will be staying in the beautiful Glendun Lodge in Cushendun, just 5 minutes’ walk through ancient woodland to the beach.  This lovely old Georgian manor is a Wild Women favourite, with the option of twin or double rooms, and indoor or van/tent camping.  All food is provided for the delicious and wholesome meals that we prepare and cook together.
